Please follow these steps to register for conference and Hotel Accommodation
  1. Step 1 : Fill in the information below to sign up for Conference
  2. Step 2 : Select programmes to participate
  3. Step 3 : Select a payment method for conference fees

Confirmation

  1. a)Registrations aren't valid until the money has been received.
  2. b)Each participant is responsible for their own arrangements regarding travel, accommodation and visa. For inquiries regarding visa issues, please contact this link. (http://www.immigration.go.kr/HP/IMM80/index.do).
  3. c)We will e-mail the confirmation letter of the registration and invoice to the participant upon the completion of Registration process.
  4. d)Please print and bring the confirmation letter with you and present it at the registration desk at the Conference venue.


Receipt for Registration

  1. A receipt will be issued at the registration desk with the registration packets upon verification of your confirmation letter (e-mail print-out).


Refund Policy

  1. If you have registered and are not able to attend the conference and would like to get a refund, you need to email dc2009@mail.nl.go.kr with your registration number and name.
  2. *Refund amount will be different depending on the time of request.
  3. before August 31st : 80% refund
  4. before September 30th: 50% refund
  5. After October 1st : No Refund

On-line Registration closed.

On-Site Registration is possible during the conference. You may choose Choice1(Daily) or Choice2(Package).
